John and Sherry were married on December 6, 1997. They met in Canada just 6 weeks prior to their wedding while each was on a business trip, and from the moment they met they knew that each other was special. They have a very loving and special relationship and are very proud of one anothers accomplishments. Sherry has a 14 year old son named Tony. Tony is a bright, talented athlete who wrestles, skateboards and lifts weights. He has a very promising future. Johnny and Sherry also have a Large white Parrot named Baby who is almost human, along with a dog named Niko and 2 parakeets. Someday they may have a zoo! All in all they have a wonderful, happy, loving family life!

I started training people 22 years ago when I was 18 and I have trained over 200 champion titleholders in bodybuilding including 3 woman that have turned pro and 2 woman Fitness competitors that have turned pro. I have also trained thousands of overweight people. I recently took 40 pounds off of the Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. I spent 4 months in Washington with Newt and trained 17 Senators and Congressman while I was there. I also trained the designer Calvin Klein, the CEO of American Express Jim Robinson, Professional Ballplayers Mike Piazza and Luis Alicea as well as taking over 100 pounds off of 14 people in the last 2 years. I have 5 products that are sold nationally of which you do not see me talking about all day on AOL. I have my own radio talk show on Fitness, Nutrition, Weight Training and Weight Loss. I write a syndicated Newspaper column called "The Fitness Expert" that is carried in 28 different newspapers, and I have won "Trainer of the Year" for the last 9 years for the state of Florida. I am also the Director of Exercise for the IPFA (We certified the Olympic Doctors in 1996) I have been featured on the television shows: Hard Copy (4 times), ABC T.V.'s 20/20 with Barbara Walters, NBC Sports, The Joan Rivers Show, Good Morning America, and NBC, ABC, & CBS News several times.
